Fun Facts:
Runs at least four miles every calendar day since January 1, 2005.
Ran around Waldo Lake (somewhere in the 28-30 mile range) and then went directly to and summited South Sister (about 10,000 ft.)
Has run the Hood to Coast Relay 25 times since 1986 and have been on five winning (division teams) and teams that have finished as high as 3rd overall, including the 2014 Black Flag Men’s Masters team who had an average age of 46.66666. White Flag, our Mixed Masters Team, won in 2018.
For about 10 year after college I ran in races under the name Iguana Johnson.
